Read about Evans v. Board of Education (Module 2 Background reading) and apply your understanding of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) to analyze the case.

Write a 4- to 5-page paper in which you:

• Discuss the rights and the extent of the benefits that the student was entitled to receive.
• Explain the major principles of IDEA (be sure to include FAPE, LRE, and IEPs).
