Construct a mythical conversation between three Senators in 1829. One represents the Northeast of the US, another the Midwest and the other, the South. They are discussing (arguing about) the Tariff of 1828. In your essay make sure the following points are addressed:

2. What interests (manufacturers, consumers, farmers, etc.) do tariff help and which are hindered.
3. Where does each section (Northeast, Midwest and the South) stand in regards to the Tariff issue? Why?
