Improve and Control

In this phase, You will decide on future actions to take. This is the “how” phase. Tell me how you would fix the problems.

-You will prepare recommendations for improving each CTQ component. Basically, you will tell me how you intend to fix each problem that you mentioned.
-Include Area of Focus (Problem/Objective).
-You will then prepare (as needed) a suitable Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) or other instructions for use by BA to implement.
-Use pictures, charts and illustrations as appropriate.
-Be sure that you are meeting 4/5-Star standards.
-Be sure to substantiate why you are advising such solutions and benchmarking to substantiate your work.
-While there is no minimum length of this report, be sure that it is worthy of the J&W name and reputation in industry. 5 pages pictures??
-Cite as appropriate.
