writing different?

This submission will ask you to compare and contrast two recent architectural styles by describing an example of each. Use the information on pages 280-287 and 550-551 of the textbook to review these styles.

Choose one building from the textbook that represents modern architecture, and one that represents postmodern architecture. Explain why each building is a good example of its particular movement/style. Mention materials and design choices, as well as the date/historical context. For each example, include architect, name of building (capitalized but no italics), location, and date. Please embed at least one image of each building along with an image credit that links to the site where it was found.

Example: Frank Lloyd Wright, Robie House, Chicago, Illinois, 1907-1909.

Conclude with 1-3 sentences that summarize the similarities and/or differences between Modern and Postmodern architecture. Terms your group should use at least once: symmetrical, freeform, ornament. (Be sure to use the architectural version of each term!)
